In Claude Debussy's scores we find goldfish, bells and the depiction of the moon above a
sunken temple. All throughout history, composers have poured phenomena of both the external world and basic human experiences into music. Ideally, such essential experiences also give rise to essential music. The internationally successful concert pianist Takuhiro Murayama has brought together some of the most significant pieces by Johann Sebastian Bach, Claude Debussy and Frédéric Chopin on his new GENUIN CD.
