When two instruments both of which have always been associated with the element of air and angel’s wings perform as a duo on a CD, the listener can look forward to a heavenly and intimate event which moves your inmost feelings: Michael Martin Kofler (flute) and his wife Regine (harp) present a colorful spring bouquet of magnificent music from Bach to Ibert. And although the release only features their own arrangements, the music on this GENUIN CD has a wonderful sound as if it were composed for just these two musicians who regularly perform in concert throughout the world: “O, dulcet tones of harp and flute…”
