Anika Paulick

Anika Paulick performed two numbers from Kreisler's ‘Heute Abend: Lola Blau’ and Weill's ‘Die Dreigroschenoper’ for the first time in the final concert of her vocal studies. The unanimous opinion of the audience (which incidentally also included Michelle Bernard) was that she should definitely pursue this further.

In addition to lola.gelb, she is primarily active as a singer in opera and operetta. She is characterised by her musical intensity and the courage to use her voice to bring emotional worlds to life for the audience in a nuanced way.

Important engagements include the Leipzig Opera (with the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra), the Halle Opera, the Cottbus State Theatre, the Osnabrück Theatre, the Musikalische Komödie Leipzig, the Contemporary Music Festival in Estonia and the Classic Open Air Berlin.

As a coach for voice awareness, she accompanies workshops and retreats, among other things.

Anika Paulick likes change and depth and feels an irrepressible desire to experience life and the world with all its colours and facets.
