Last weekend a GENUIN sound engineer was in Iceland to record two release concerts by pianist Víkingur Ólafsson at the Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavík on behalf of Icelandic radio.
In Iceland, the GENUIN recording group also recorded the last albums of the Icelandic pianist, including the previous two CDs released by Deutsche Grammophon with works by Philip Glass and Johann Sebastian Bach. Víkingur Ólafsson's current Bach album is currently number two in the German classical charts.
