The Great Concert will be published live and for free on 15 April 2011, 20 clock on the Internet. With this endeavor, the Gewandhaus Orchestra step into the modern world and uses the opportunity to introduce themself to a new audience. Unlike the Digital Concert Hall of the Berlin Philharmonic the concert of the Gewandhaus will be broadcasted for free.
The Great Concert under the baton of Semyon Bychkov will be conveyed on the website of the Gewandhaus and DHL. The program includes "rendering" of Luciano Berio and Johannes Brahms' 2 Symphony.
The GENUIN tonmeister Holger Busse will arrange a good balanced sound.
