Once again there are many fascinating works being given their premiere performance during this year's Salzburg Festival. One outstanding highlight is sure to draw attention on August 30, when Karlheinz Stockhausen's MIXTUR is performed with the Experimentalstudio of the Heinrich Strobel Foundation and the DSO Berlin under the direction of the composer. GENUIN will be actively involved in the MIXTUR concert as well as assist in the world premiere of Chaya Czernowin's electro-acoustic juxtaposition of Mozart's opera Zaide with her own composition "Adama". Performances are scheduled on August 17, 19 & 20, 2006 at the Salzburger Landestheater.
